Please enter all CASH and Credit Card transactions into the Square App so that we can keep track of our inventory.

CASH TRANSACTION:
1. Open Square
2. Click Library on the top menu
3. Select Item(s) by clicking on item. Note different sizes have different prices. See pricing chart below for clarification. 
4. Click Review Sale (should have number of items selected in parenthesis) 
5. If you need to modify order, click on the three dots next to "Current sale" and click "clear items" to start again. 
6. click "charge" 
7. Choose Cash, and enter amount charged for T-shirt
8. Click "tender" 
9. Click no receipt unless they want one.


CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION:
1. Open Square
2. Click Library on the top menu
3. Select Item(s) by clicking on item.
4. Click Review Sale (should have number of items selected in parenthesis) 
5. If you need to modify order, click on the three dots next to "Current sale" and click "clear items" to start again. 
6. Click "charge" 
7. Make sure the swipe is plugged in, and swipe credit card through reader to pay
8. Otherwise, choose "Pay with QR Code". User will scan QR code and follow the steps on their device. 
9. OR you can click "Manual Credit Card Entry" but please use this sparingly because we get charged a HUGE service fee for this option. 
10. Click no receipt unless they want one. 

To issue a refund, go to transactions and follow the instructions.
